Paul Warne has hinted it could be time for a change in his defence after Rotherham were beaten at Peterborough.
The Millers put in an impressive performance at London Road but were unable to register a point after a shocking error from Semi Ajayi allowed Jack Marriott to score his second goal of the game and earn a 2-1 win.
It is not the first time Ajayi has slipped up this season, after a similar blunder against Lincoln in the Carabao Cup, while there has been question marks over the defending and goalkeeping in other goals conceded this term.
And Warne’s patience is running thin, with Ajayi especially coming under fire.
“It’s not as if they ripped us apart for either of the goals,” Warne said. “With the second one especially, I’m incandescent with rage.

“I haven’t ever claimed to be Barcelona’s manager where I want my centre-half to control it on his heel and flick it around the corner.
“All I’m asking is for my defenders to defend and clear the danger. It was a great finish as well. My keeper came running out, so it was just like an absolute calamity.”
“That’s something I am going to have to deal with.“
